Before Your First Withdrawal

You can withdraw your winnings using the banking options available in the casino cashier. Withdrawals are processed on business days and may take up to 72 business hours. Visit the casino cashier and follow the instructions to submit your withdrawal request.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the details registered to your Uptown Aces account must be verified.

How do I verify my account?

Our automated online verification system will guide you through the process. You can begin by selecting the Cashier's 'Account Verification' link under the Withdrawal section.

As part of the standard verification process, you will be asked to provide:

1. A colored copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, National ID showing the front and back, or driver's license showing the front and back.

2. A clear selfie to confirm your identity.

3. A proof of address issued within the last 90 days, such as a utility bill or bank statement.

All documents must be clear, legible, valid, and show all four corners. Please allow 3 to 5 full business days for processing.

Additional verification documents

If further checks are needed, the Verification Team may request additional documentation. This can include:

  • Photos of the front and back of a bank card
  • Screenshots of an eWallet or cryptocurrency wallet showing the registered account information
  • A clear photo of you holding your government-issued photo ID next to your face
  • Any other documentation needed to complete the verification process

After submitting your documents

The result of the verification review will be sent to your registered email address. If further information or supporting documents are needed, the Verification Team will contact you with instructions.

Account verification is normally completed once. However, all documents must remain valid, and you may be asked to provide an updated copy if a previously submitted document expires before a future withdrawal.
