Can I withdraw my bonus?
You may withdraw a bonus you receive at our casino (with a few exceptions as the No-Deposit bonus and the sticky bonuses). Once you have met the wagering terms and conditions of your specified bonus, it is yours to keep. Please note that any bonus of 100% or more is sticky and cannot be withdrawn.

How is the outcome of games generated?
We use a very sophisticated Random Number Generator (RNG) to create a randomized outcome for each game. The odds for both Real money and Fun mode games are created with this random number generator. In all card-based games, like Blackjack and Baccarat, the deck/s of cards are shuffled prior to each hand being dealt.

Why do certain table limits change when I receive a bonus?
You will find that certain table limits change once you have received a bonus. These limits are changed in order to prevent promotional abuse. This allows us to offer more lucrative promotions to our players.
When will they return to the regular limits?
The table limits will return to normal once you have initiated a successful withdrawal or your real money balance has less than one credit remaining, whichever comes first.
How do I receive a promotion?
To claim a deposit bonus, choose the bonus you want to claim from our promotions pages and then visit the Redeem Coupon screen in the cashier. Enter the coupon code, click the Redeem button and then click on the Deposit tab to make your deposit. As soon as your deposit is completed the funds and the bonus will be credited instantly.
Can I play with multiple bonuses?
You may play with only one bonus in your account at a time. Successive bonuses may be claimed once a successful withdrawal has been initiated or your real money balance has less than one credit remaining.
How do I remove a bonus from my account?
Once you have activated the bonus by making a deposit it cannot be removed from your account. However, if you have not yet deposited you may cancel the promotion by clicking on "Cancel Coupon" at "Coupon Details" section in your cashier.
What are COMP points and how do I accumulate them?
